Dallas Police are investigating the death of Lakeisha Simpson, 43, found deceased on April 29 at around 7:00 am in the 3200 block of Reed Lane, South Dallas.
Initial findings suggest an unexplained death.
On April 30, the Medical Examiner determined Simpson's death resulted from homicidal violence, prompting the assignment of the case to the Homicide Unit.
