On October 30, 2024, a Tarrant County jury convicted 43-year-old Daniel Rincones of Grand Prairie of assault family violence with a previous conviction. He was sentenced to 65 years in prison for the offense.
The incident occurred on October 7, 2023, just one day after Rincones was released from prison. He assaulted his wife, resulting in a broken rib. At the time of the assault, Rincones was on probation and federal supervised release. His criminal history includes prior convictions for child sexual crimes and burglary.
