The Arlington Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at approximately 6:53 p.m. in the 7800 block of Salton Lane, located in Southeast Arlington.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting in progress, where they discovered a 20-year-old man had been shot by his roommate. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle, which was later found abandoned. The victim was transported to an Arlington hospital, where he was pronounced deceased early Sunday afternoon, February 16.
The motive behind the shooting remains under investigation, and the suspect is still at large. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Arlington Police Department.
