Terrance Lowe

UPDATE: The victim in this case has been identified as 22-year-old Davion Clines. On June 3, 2025, Terrance Lowe, 22, was arrested by the Dallas Police Fugitive Unit in connection with this case. He is charged with Murder.  Detectives found that this was a drug deal gone wrong.  According to the arrest records, Clines met Lowe at around 5:00 PM in a parking lot on a deal involving marijuana.  For an unknown reason, Clines got into the back of Lowe's Jeep Renegade.  Then he sped off, kidnapping Clines.  Around the same time, Lowe's girlfriend reported the vehicle stolen.  Dallas Police located the Jeep on Budd St. near SM Wright Fwy after a license plate reader picked up the Jeep's plate near that location.   Officers found the vehicle on fire and the plates were missing.  After extiguishing the fire, they found blood inside, on the back passenger side.  This lead detectives to identify Lowe as a suspect.
