A fatar car crash occurred at 7 pm on December 10, 2019 on the 300 block of West State Highway 183 near the O'connor Rd exit. A tow truck operator, 22 year-old Joshua Henao was on the right shoulder in the process of loading a vehicle onto the wrecker when the collission occurred. Mr. Henao, who was outside his vehicle at the time, was killed as a result of the collission.
Edgar Arturo Zavala-Asturias, 38 years of age, was the driver of the suspect vehicle. He suffered minor injuries and was arrested for Intoxication Manslaughter/Accident Involving Death.
