Plano Police Detectives arrested Winston Love on Thursday, February 1, 2024, on charges of multiple theft offenses and an additional 39 outstanding warrants. Love, a serial theft suspect, was apprehended for crimes spanning the DFW Metroplex and other states, following investigations by various agencies.

Authorities estimate his total haul to exceed $100,000, with ongoing investigations expected to raise this figure. Plano detectives are in the process of obtaining additional warrants for theft offenses within the city.
