A 21-year-old man from Colleyville died following a motorcycle accident on Tuesday, February 18th, just after 8:30 AM. The motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on Ira E. Woods when another vehicle, heading in the opposite direction, turned into the parking lot of a business. The motorcycle struck the vehicle, causing the rider to be ejected upon impact.
Grapevine Police and emergency services responded to the scene, and the motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital with multiple injuries. He later died at the hospital. The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed at this time.
