Brandy Lynn Bristol and Jeremy James Bristol were arrested on February 25, 2025, by The Colony Police Department on multiple animal cruelty warrants, following an extensive investigation.
The arrests stemmed from evidence collected during the execution of a civil seizure warrant on January 28, 2025, conducted by The Colony Animal Services in collaboration with The Colony Police Department.
As a result of the investigation, both Brandy Lynn Bristol and Jeremy James Bristol were each charged with 12 counts of Cruelty to Non-Livestock Animals under Texas Penal Code 42.092.
Each charge is a third-degree felony, carrying a potential penalty of 2-10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
