DFW Airport Earns Third Consecutive Airport Service Quality Award

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) has received the 2024 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Airport Experience Award from Airports Council International (ACI) World. This marks DFW's third consecutive year earning the honor in the category for large airports serving over 40 million passengers annually.

The ASQ Award is based on customer survey responses and is recognized as a leading measure of airport customer experience worldwide.

"Traveling through DFW isn’t just about getting from one place to another – it’s about experiencing exceptional service at every step," said Ken Buchanan, DFW’s Executive Vice President for Revenue Management and Customer Experience. "This continued recognition from our customers highlights the impact of our investments in innovation, infrastructure, and people – which together create exceptional airport experiences every day."

The surveys evaluated more than 30 performance indicators, including wayfinding, cleanliness, check-in processes, and shopping and dining options.

Launched in 2006, the ASQ Award program reached a milestone in 2024 with nearly 700,000 surveys completed.
