FORT WORTH, TX – A Tarrant County jury has convicted 45-year-old Tommy Baker of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, sentencing him to 25 years in prison.
On October 24, 2024, narcotics officers with the Fort Worth Police Department observed Baker engaging in drug transactions in the parking lot of a motel known for illegal drug activity. Upon detaining Baker, officers discovered methamphetamine and marijuana in his backpack.
The case was prosecuted by the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office Narcotics Division.
