IRVING — Medical City Las Colinas has appointed Michelle Wildman, RN, as its new chief nursing officer (CNO), effective September 8.
Wildman transitions into the role from Medical City Arlington, where she has served as associate chief nursing officer since June 2024. During her tenure, she helped drive improvements in quality outcomes, expand nursing leadership, and boost employee engagement.
“Michelle joins Medical City Las Colinas with an extensive background in strengthening operational performance, innovating hospital culture and advancing the future of nursing,” said CEO Christina Mathis. “Her expertise and leadership will be instrumental as we work to enrich the patient experience while reinforcing our position as the destination of choice for healthcare excellence.”
With 25 years of nursing experience, Wildman began her HCA Healthcare career in 2015, serving in leadership positions at Medical City Fort Worth and Medical City Lewisville. She holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, along with a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
In 2020, she was honored as one of the DFW Great 100 Nurses, recognizing her excellence in patient care and nursing leadership.
