Dallas Police Call Analyst Arrested for Family Violence Assault, Officer Fired After DWI Arrest

DALLAS, TX - The Dallas Police Department has taken disciplinary action against two of its employees following separate arrests that occurred earlier this week.

On February 16, 2026, Dallas Police Call Analyst I Tyteanna Toliver was arrested by the Dallas Police Department for Assault – Offensive Contact (Family Violence), a Class C misdemeanor. Toliver has been a member of the department since May 2025 and is currently assigned to the Communications Bureau. She has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

In a separate case, Officer Bradley Hance was terminated during a disciplinary hearing held on February 17, 2026, with Chief Comeaux. Hance was dismissed for engaging in adverse conduct after being arrested by the Texas Department of Public Safety for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor, and for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Hance had served with the Dallas Police Department since September 2004.

The department stated that the actions were taken in accordance with internal policies and that both incidents remain under review.
