IRVING, Texas — Pollo Campero will celebrate the grand opening of its newest Irving restaurant on Tuesday, July 7, with giveaways, prizes, and a chance for one customer to win free chicken for a year.
The new restaurant is located at 2705 N. Belt Line Road in the former Boston Market building.
Known for its signature fried and roasted chicken, Pollo Campero traces its roots to Guatemala, where it is widely regarded as a national favorite. The restaurant's menu features family recipes passed down through generations and includes fried and roasted chicken, chicken sandwiches, empanadas, sweet plantains, yuca fries, and a variety of family meals and catering options.
As part of the grand opening celebration, the first 100 guests through the doors will receive a Golden Ticket, giving them a chance to win free Pollo Campero for a year. According to the company, the prize includes two free individual meals per month for 12 months at the winner's preferred participating location. Restrictions apply.
Guests can also expect appearances by the restaurant's mascot, Pollito, along with prizes and giveaways throughout opening day.
The Irving location will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
