Downtown Irving Massage Parlor Sting Leads to Prostitution, Organized Crime Charges

IRVING, Texas - An undercover investigation at a downtown Irving massage parlor led to two arrests on prostitution-related charges and a warrant for a third person after police say they uncovered evidence that sexual services were being offered at the business.  The business had opened up in August 2026.

Irving Police Vice Unit investigators began looking into Knead Bliss Spa, located in the 600 block of E. 2nd Street, after learning the massage business had recently opened. On Sept. 8, an investigator found an online review indicating sexual services were being offered at the location, according to police records.

Investigators conducted surveillance outside the business the following day.

During the surveillance, officers watched a man enter the spa and later leave. Irving police subsequently stopped him for a traffic violation, and vice investigators interviewed him.

The man told investigators he found the business through an online site advertising sexual content and admitted paying for a sexual act at the massage parlor, according to police.

Later that day, an undercover vice investigator entered Knead Bliss Spa while the encounter was recorded.

Police said a woman who introduced herself as "Lu Lu" escorted the investigator to a massage room. During the massage, investigators say she offered to perform a sexual act for additional money.

Because the woman spoke limited English, police said the two communicated partly through gestures before reaching an agreement on a price. The investigator then left without the sexual act taking place.

Investigators obtained a search warrant from an Irving municipal judge and returned to Knead Bliss Spa at approximately 11 a.m. Sept. 11.

Police later identified "Lu Lu" as 55-year-old Yanping Qin. She was arrested and charged with prostitution.

Investigation leads police to Grand Prairie and Arlington

During the search, officers also encountered 46-year-old Jie Wu, who told investigators she had worked at Knead Bliss Spa for about 10 days and did not know who owned the business, according to police records.

Investigators continued watching the spa after the search ended and saw Wu leave in a BMW SUV.

Police followed her to a home in Grand Prairie, where she went inside. Less than five minutes later, investigators said Wu emerged with a man, with both carrying bags.

They drove to a Studio 6 motel in Arlington and rented a room, according to investigators. Wu later left the motel and returned toward Grand Prairie, where Grand Prairie police stopped her for a traffic violation.

Irving vice investigators responded to the stop and interviewed Wu.

According to police, Wu identified the man she had taken to the Arlington motel as her husband, Jingheng Wang, and said he was the person listed on the City of Irving occupancy license for Knead Bliss Spa.

Investigators said Wu acknowledged that she and Wang operated the business together and paid for sexually provocative online advertisements used to attract customers to the Irving massage parlor.

Wu was arrested and charged with promotion of prostitution and engaging in organized criminal activity. Immigration and Customs Enforcement also placed an immigration hold on her, according to police records.

Wang faces the same charges of promotion of prostitution and engaging in organized criminal activity but had not been arrested as of the latest information provided by police.
