Intangles Opens First U.S. Headquarters in Irving, Plans to Grow DFW Workforce to 100
IRVING, Texas - Fleet technology company Intangles has opened its first U.S. headquarters in Irving, establishing a physical base for its North American operations and announcing plans to significantly expand its Dallas-Fort Worth workforce.
The new office at 5601 Executive Drive will serve as a hub for customer engagement, vehicle technology installations and the company's operational growth across North America. Intangles previously operated in the United States with a virtual team.
The company currently employs 15 people across the Dallas-Fort Worth area and expects to grow that number to 100 by the end of 2027. Planned hiring includes positions in customer success, commercial operations and installation.
Intangles said it selected DFW because of the region's central location, access to major trucking corridors and concentration of logistics, fleet and technology workers.
"North America has quickly become one of the most crucial markets in our growing global story, and this headquarters makes that commitment tangible," Intangles CEO Anup Patil said.
Intangles develops technology designed to detect mechanical problems in commercial vehicles before a traditional fault code or dashboard warning appears.
Its InGenious technology continuously analyzes more than 450 signals from vehicle systems, including the engine, brakes, battery and alternator, air intake and emissions aftertreatment systems. That information is used to create what the company describes as a digital twin, or a continuously updated virtual model of an individual vehicle.
The company's InRoute platform applies physics-based artificial intelligence to the model to identify developing mechanical problems and provide diagnostic information and repair recommendations to technicians.
Intangles reports that its technology can achieve up to 96% accuracy in predicting major component failures, reduce unplanned breakdown events by as much as 75% and improve fuel efficiency by 2% to 10%. Those performance figures were provided by the company.
"For a fleet operator, the difference between a repair you can plan and a failure you have to react to is significant, and that lead time pays off in greater uptime and fewer trucks stranded on the side of the road," said Siddharth Singh, Intangles' chief revenue officer.
The Irving expansion follows two rounds of institutional investment in the company. Intangles raised $10 million in a Series A round led by Baring Private Equity Partners in 2023. A $30 million Series B round followed in October 2025, led by Avataar Venture Partners with additional investment from Baring Private Equity Partners and Cactus Partners.
The company is also launching a Texas road show in connection with the headquarters opening. Its InRoadsRodeo is scheduled to begin Sept. 28 at the Irving office before traveling to Austin, San Antonio and Houston through Oct. 1.
