Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the United States; one in every three deaths is from heart disease and stroke, equaling 2,200 deaths per day. On Saturday, Feb. 23, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., faculty and students from Everest College’s
medical assistant program will be on hand to provide free blood pressure checks to Irving Mall guests.
