Ten Irving ISD Elementary School teachers have been invited to participate in the Mickelson ExxonMobil Teachers' Academy. This year marks the seventh consecutive year that Irving ISD has participated in the academy. Ten math and science teachers have received an all expenses paid trip to Houston's Woodlands Resort in June. Each teacher will experience a week of professional development and provided many resources to enhance their science and math classes.
