The Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) program in Irving ISD was awarded Stellar Program Status by HIPPY USA as a result of a program review conducted by the national organization.
According to national officials, IISD HIPPY demonstrated high quality programming resulting in the greatest positive impact for children and families served by the program.
As a result of the award, IISD HIPPY will receive a $1,500 monetary award and recognition at the organization’s national conference.
