The latest business to move from California to Texas belongs to famous TV chef Gordon Ramsay. Ramsey recently announced he will be moving his restaurant headquarters from Los Angeles to Irving/Las Colinas.
With the move to Texas coming in 2022, Ramsay’s company plans to expand by opening 75 new restaurants in cities across the United States over the next five years.
“We want to be very careful not to dilute the brand, and the brand is Gordon,” said CEO Norman Abdallah.
The company is now on a hiring spree with plans to open 18 new restaurants nationwide next year.
The restaurant company is separate from Ramsay’s TV production company, which helps produce FOX’s MasterChef and Hell’s Kitchen.
