Thomas Haley Elementary School will be holding a grand opening event for its newly completed parent center at 5 p.m., March 11 at 3601 Cheyenne
in Irving.
The Thomas Haley parent center will be used as a parent workroom and activity center, and will be a resource for assistance with district and campus paperwork. The center will also have technology available for parent use.
The event is hosted in conjunction with elementary school open house events as part of Texas Public Schools Week March 8-12. Highlights of the center opening include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, introduction of Thomas Haley staff and administrators, and a tour of the new center. Refreshments will be served and the event is open to the public.
