On January 25, 2023, the Dallas Police Department Child Exploitation Unit and South Central CRT arrested Andrew Wilborn, 43, for Indecency with a Child/Sexual Contact.
On April 14, 2022, the Dallas Police Department received information regarding a 16-year-old being inappropriately touched by Wilborn, who was an executive pastor at the Antioch Fellowship Church on South Hampton Rd.
An investigation determined the crime occurred and a warrant obtained for the suspect.
Wilborn was also serving as the Prosper School District President. Prosper ISD issued a statement saying they are investigating the matter.
In a statement to WFAA, Prosper Mayor David Bristol said: "These allegations of this type of behavior are abhorrent. We trust law enforcement officials to handle this investigation thoroughly and appropriately."
According to his linkedin profile, he's been working at Antioch Felloship Church for over 16 years.
