On March 7, 2023, at about 6:19 AM, Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 5800 block of Pineland Drive. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived they found a man in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. The man died at the scene. The victim’s identity will be determined by the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office.. This remains an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case number 038974-2023.
