On April 9, 2023, at about 8:00 AM Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 10500 block of Denton Dr. The preliminary investigation determined that a group of individuals and unknown suspects were involved in a fight that escalated when one of the suspects fired their weapon hitting three victims. The suspects left the location. One victim died at the location. The other two victims were transported to a local hospital and remain in stable condition. This is an ongoing investigation that will be documented under case number 059760-2023.
