Upon arrival, police officers detained the individual identified as 30-year-old Brandon Bernard. Subsequent investigation revealed that Bernard had been filming individuals inside the dressing room stalls. As a result of his actions, Bernard was apprehended and placed under arrest for the offense of Invasive Visual Recording, which constitutes a State Jail Felony under the law.

The Southlake Police Department proceeded with their inquiry, obtaining a search warrant for Bernard's cell phone as part of the investigative process. Upon examining the contents of the device, officers uncovered evidence that Bernard had been present at the same Southlake Old Navy store on a prior occasion, specifically on June 5, 2023. During this earlier date, multiple instances of females being filmed while changing in the fitting rooms were documented.

Detectives leading the investigation are currently working to identify the victims involved in the incidents that occurred on June 5th. As part of their efforts, law enforcement authorities are seeking the assistance of the public.
