Irving ISD in collaboration with the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 15th Annual Business Exchange Days December 9 and 10 at IISD high schools.
This career event gives business professionals from different fields an opportunity to visit IISD high schools and speak to Irving students in the classroom about their future and paths to success. Various speakers are needed to present at the four IISD high schools. Topics may include an informational presentation on a specific career choice, a motivational topic or personal testimony about the speaker’s chosen career path. Designated dates are:
December 9: Irving High School, MacArthur High School, Nimitz High School and Singley Academy.
December 10: Singley Academy
Based on feedback collected from past events, both the IISD students and guest speakers benefit from these highly interactive experiences.
