Irving's Resolute Investment Managers, Inc. Earns Fifth Consecutive Best Places to Work in Money Management Award

Resolute Investment Managers, Inc. has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Money Management for the fifth consecutive year. The prestigious accolade was announced today by Pensions & Investments, a global news source focusing on money management and institutional investing.

Resolute, a diversified, multi-affiliate asset management platform boasting over 30 affiliated and independent relationships, was among the distinguished honorees in the 2023 awards. The annual survey and recognition program, now in its 12th year, is dedicated to identifying and acknowledging the best employers in the money management industry.

Presented by Pensions & Investments, the award highlights Resolute's commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture built on five key tenets: humility, trustworthiness, proficiency, inspiration, and communication. With nearly 120 employees, the firm provides various growth and educational opportunities for its staff and actively promotes equitable workplace initiatives.

Resolute's President and CEO, Jeffrey K. Ringdahl, expressed gratitude for the consecutive recognition, stating, "It truly is an honor for Resolute to be recognized for this award for the fifth consecutive year. When I reflect, so much has changed about the world of work over the past few years – and our resilience as an organization continues to inspire me."

The company places a strong emphasis on prioritizing its people, and Ringdahl remarked, "We’ve always put our people first, and P&I’s ongoing recognition prompts us to maintain focus on our corporate culture as we strive for sustained growth. I consider myself fortunate to lead such a successful and considerate team, and I am excited to take on 2024 together."

Pensions & Investments Executive Editor Julie Tatge noted that the companies on this year's Best Places to Work list demonstrate a commitment to building and maintaining a strong workplace culture, even amidst challenges such as volatile markets and the ongoing impacts of the pandemic.

The recognition is part of Pensions & Investments' 12th annual survey, conducted in partnership with Best Companies Group, a research firm specializing in identifying exceptional workplaces. The evaluation process included assessing workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and an employee survey, with the combined scores determining the top companies in the money management industry.
