Nexstar Media Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NXST) and FuboTV Inc. (NYSE: FUBO) have successfully negotiated a new comprehensive multi-year distribution agreement.
The deal encompasses 89 local TV stations owned by Nexstar, affiliated with The CW Network, MyNetworkTV, ABC, and independent stations. Among these, there are 37 CW Network affiliates, 25 MyNetworkTV affiliates, 23 ABC affiliates, and four independent television stations.
Additionally, the agreement extends FuboTV's coverage of Nexstar's national cable news network, NewsNation.
The financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
