The Irving Independent School District is proud to recognize six exceptional musicians who have achieved All-State recognition from the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA).
The talented individuals hail from different high schools within the district, showcasing the diverse musical prowess present in Irving ISD. The honored musicians and their respective categories include:

MacArthur High School
- Shannon Pratt, Band
Nimitz High School
- Des Eagans, Choir
- Rhiannon Hayle, Choir
- Lucas Manzano, Choir
- Kate Lindsey, Choir
These accomplished students have earned the prestigious title of All-State musician, which grants them the privilege of participating in the Annual Texas Music Educators Association convention in San Antonio. The convention is scheduled to take place in early February.
