Dallas Launches 311 Rebranding Campaign with Spanish-Language Mobile App

The City of Dallas unveiled its revamped Dallas 311 service during a press conference held at City Hall on March 8, 2024. This initiative aims to provide residents and visitors with an efficient platform to request non-emergency city services.

At the event, officials showcased the newly redesigned online portal and mobile app, highlighting significant improvements geared towards enhancing user experience. One of the key upgrades includes the integration of Spanish translation functionality, marking a milestone in inclusivity for the city.

Among the notable enhancements are a modernized look and feel, making the platform more user-friendly, as well as improved mapping features for seamless navigation.

“Dallas is proud to be the first major City in Texas to launch a 311 mobile app that is completely in Spanish. Spanish is the second most spoken language in our City and being able to offer this Spanish mobile app to our community is a huge accomplishment.” said Daisy Torres Fast, Director of 311.

The launch of the Dallas 311 rebranding campaign signifies the city's commitment to providing accessible and efficient services to all its residents, regardless of language barriers.

The app is available to download on the Google and App Store. Service request submissions are still available online Dallas 311 Home (site.com) or by calling 311.
