Fort Worth Police Department announced the arrest of one suspect in connection with the aggravated robbery at a 7-11 store on Hemphill and W. Berry, thanks to community tips. 37-year-old Aerion Cashmere James from Fort Worth, faces Aggravated Robbery charges and is held at Tarrant County Jail on a $60K bond. The investigation is ongoing, with authorities urging the public's assistance to identify the remaining two male suspects.
The incident occurred on March 13, approximately 5:00 a.m., when two individuals entered the 7-11 store. One suspect, dressed in a distinct jacket, sweatpants, mask, and tennis shoes, approached the clerk at the back of the store, brandishing a handgun and demanding money. Meanwhile, the second suspect, wearing a brown and orange jacket, a full ski mask, and dark pants, surveyed the premises and stood watch at the store entrance.
Following the demand for money, the clerk complied, and both suspects exited the store calmly. They were observed walking northwest towards a nearby church parking lot. Authorities continue to seek information regarding the identities of the remaining suspects involved in the robbery.
