Jared Shelton, FACHE, has been appointed president of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, effective September 22. Shelton transitions from Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Hurst-Euless-Bedford, where he served as president for two years, focusing on enhancing patient experience and employee engagement.
Kirk King, chief operating officer of the Hospital Channel at Texas Health, expressed confidence in Shelton’s abilities, noting, “Jared is a rising star within Texas Health Resources, and we’re pleased to see him continue his career at one of our largest hospitals. Under his leadership at Texas Health Fort Worth, we expect the hospital to continue to grow to meet the needs of the community we serve.”
