The Temple Police Department is investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash that occurred early Saturday morning, November 30.
At approximately 1:02 a.m., officers responded to the 2700 block of SW HK Dodgen Loop after a vehicle traveling at high speed struck a cement barricade and caught fire. Two individuals were pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Cliff Coleman.
No other injuries have been reported.
The Temple Police Department Traffic Reconstruction Unit is conducting a detailed investigation into the crash.
