Denise Hauck, an Irving resident, has been appointed President of Corvias’ Department of Defense (DOD) division, overseeing military housing, energy, and indoor environment solutions for residents at seven military installations managed by Corvias.
As President, Hauck will lead efforts to enhance property operations, construction, asset management, and community development, aiming to improve quality of life for service members and their families. Corvias CEO Chris Wilson praised Hauck’s leadership, stating she has been “personally invested in our DOD partners’ long-term success” and has continuously advanced military housing initiatives.
Previously, Hauck served as Senior Vice President for Corvias Property Management, where she implemented strategic initiatives that improved operational effectiveness across Corvias’ portfolio of 22,000 homes. Under her leadership, the company saw increased satisfaction ratings in the 2024 Army Tenant Satisfaction Survey, which evaluates housing conditions for military families. Additionally, multiple housing communities at Fort Novosel and Aberdeen Proving Ground received A List awards for high service quality, with Fort Novosel earning a Crystal Award for exceptional service.
Corvias recently completed Phase III of an energy independence initiative at U.S. Army Garrison Fort Riley, reducing housing community electricity consumption by nearly 40%. The company also achieved a milestone at Fort Meade and Fort Bragg, where select Corvias-managed homes became the first military residences to receive WELL Residence certification from the International WELL Building Institute™, recognizing advancements in indoor health and safety.
