Dallas Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Monday, May 5, 2025, at approximately 7:10 p.m. at the Pollo's Asados Rio Bravo restaurant in the 7100 block of Military Parkway in East Dallas.
Responding officers discovered that 30-year-old Jesus Ivan Jaramillo-Rodriguez had been shot. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel responded to the scene, where Rodriguez was pronounced deceased.
The Dallas Police Department is conducting an ongoing investigation into the shooting, documented under case number 063451-2025.
