The new office, located at 8150 Springwood Drive, Suite 100, in Irving (near I-635), officially opened earlier this year. This marks a significant step in CRG’s commitment to serving the growing Texas apartment renovation and redevelopment services market.

The Dallas-area office will support CRG’s focus on large-scale, multi-family apartment renovations, enabling the company to take on projects that involve complete renovations of occupied spaces while ensuring minimal disruption for residents.
CRG’s experienced redevelopment team members will help establish a strong local presence. One of CRG’s national sales directors, Ian Douglas, will be based in the Dallas office and will primarily serve multi-family property owners seeking innovative, efficient, high-quality interior and exterior renovation solutions.
