Irving Police are searching for Luis Enrique Moreno, who is wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon following a shooting early Friday morning in the Las Colinas area.
At approximately 4:00 a.m. on February 14, officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 1100 block of Hidden Ridge. Upon arrival, police found two victims suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Witnesses identified Moreno as the suspect.
During the investigation, authorities determined that Moreno resided in the 800 block of Lake Carolyn Parkway. Officers located his vehicle and established a perimeter while securing arrest and search warrants. Residents in the area were advised to shelter in place as a precaution.
