Dallas County DA's Office Conducts Elder Abuse Outreach in Irving, Richardson and Garland

Seniors taking advantage of program

The Dallas County District Attorney's Office Elder Abuse Unit recently visited senior centers in Irving, Richardson, and Garland to deliver presentations on common scams and frauds targeting older adults.

The outreach initiative aimed to raise awareness, provide prevention tips, and empower seniors to identify warning signs of such crimes. Topics covered included phone scams and financial fraud.
