Southlake Police are investigating an attempted aggravated robbery that occurred on Tuesday, April 29th, at approximately 11:20 am in front of a jewelry store in the 2500 block of E. Southlake Blvd.
The victim reported arranging to meet an individual to sell an item at that location. During the exchange, the suspect brandished a handgun. The victim then fled into the jewelry store and called 9-1-1.
The primary suspect is described as a black male with a thin build, wearing a ski mask, a gray button-up shirt over a black t-shirt, black pants, and black shoes. He fled the scene in a white 4-door sedan, possibly a newer model Nissan Versa or Altima with no front license plate and potential body damage to the rear driver-side door and/or rear quarter panel. The direction of travel is unknown. A second suspect, with no known description, was driving the getaway vehicle.
