The Irving Police Department is seeking the public's help to identify suspects responsible for illegally dumping numerous used tires in the Plymouth Park neighborhood between April 23 and May 22, 2025. The discarded tires have been found blocking alleyways behind residential houses, impeding public access.
Authorities have received multiple calls concerning the incidents. A witness captured video footage of a U-Haul van backing into an alleyway and an unknown individual disposing of tires. Based on witness accounts and additional video evidence from the area, investigators believe other vehicles possibly associated with the illegal dumping include a white dump truck with no distinguishing markings or insignia, and a white Ford F-250 Extended Cab pulling a large trailer.
