The Dallas Police Department’s Underwater Recovery Team has completed a multi-day recovery operation at Lake Cliff Park, retrieving a total of nine submerged vehicles believed to be connected to ongoing investigations.
The operation began on Thursday, June 5, 2025, with divers identifying multiple vehicles beneath the surface. By 5:00 p.m. Thursday, four vehicles had been successfully recovered. The search was then suspended due to nightfall.
On Friday, June 6, 2025, recovery efforts resumed, and five more vehicles were pulled from the lake.
With the retrieval of the ninth vehicle, officials concluded the operation at Lake Cliff Park. The investigation into the origins and connections of the recovered vehicles remains ongoing.
