FORT WORTH, Texas – A multi-agency investigation has led to the closure of an after-hours club at 3108 N. Main St., following evidence of illegal operations and multiple incidents that endangered patrons and local residents.

According to the Fort Worth Police Department (FWPD), Club 3108 operated in violation of state law throughout the summer of 2025. Information gathered during the investigation indicated that the club’s activities were inconsistent with efforts to maintain a safe environment for the community.

As part of the operation, officers executed a search warrant, seizing 260 bottles of alcohol and one firearm. The club’s owner was taken into custody on multiple felony warrants connected to state law violations. An additional arrest warrant was issued for the owner after the operation concluded.

Fort Worth City Legal has initiated proceedings against the venue and said it will continue to pursue similar actions against illegal operations to protect public safety.

FWPD emphasized that the investigation was a collaborative effort involving several agencies, including the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), the City of Fort Worth Health Department, Code Compliance, SWAT, the Directed Response Unit, Nuisance Abatement, and the Fort Worth Vice Unit.

“The illegal activities at this club threatened both patrons and residents, and this operation underscores our commitment to keeping Fort Worth safe,” the department said in a statement.
