DALLAS, TX - Catherine Patricia Morrison, 33, of Flower Mound, Texas, has been sentenced to six years in prison after being found guilty of injury to an elderly person.
The incident occurred on April 2, 2025, when Morrison punched her 77-year-old father in the face, claiming that her Taco Bell meal had been poisoned. Authorities noted that Morrison has a history of substance abuse and had refused treatment offers.
A jury convicted Morrison on October 27, 2025, at the 204th Judicial District Court in Dallas County.
