Dallas, TX — Dallas police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Wednesday morning in the Cedar Crest area.
Officers responded around 1:00 a.m. on March 4 to a shooting call in the 4800 block of Sunnyvale Street near East Ledbetter Drive and South Great Trinity Forest Way.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was identified as 42-year-old Morris Henderson.
Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel transported Henderson to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Police said the shooting was carried out by unknown suspect or suspects.
