RICHARDSON, Texas — Two individuals have been arrested in connection with a March 19th shooting in Richardson that left an 18-year-old man hospitalized, police said.
Taylor Romeil Griffin, 18, of Anna, TX, and Charles Edward Webster, 17, also of Anna, were taken into custody on Friday afternoon, March 26, 2026. Both suspects have been charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
The shooting occurred at the Waffle House located at 120 W. Spring Valley Road. Investigators believe the incident began as a conflict between two groups and escalated when multiple individuals produced handguns and began firing.
The victim, identified as 18-year-old Seth Jackson, remains hospitalized. The Richardson Police Department said their thoughts are with Jackson and his family as he continues to recover.
Authorities say both Griffin and Webster were involved in the events leading up to and during the shooting. They have been charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
The investigation remains ongoing, and detectives anticipate additional arrests. No further details have been released at this time.
