IRVING, TX – Office Evolution®, premier provider of flexible office solutions, is adding a new location in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. The space is managed by franchise owner Daryl L. Newman and his wife, Kimberly Newman, who will open the location on May 4 at 122 W. John Carpenter Freeway, Suite 325, in Irving’s Las Colinas neighborhood.

The new Office Evolution suite offers 56 dedicated office studios and event space for up to 25 people, in an expansive 19,215-square-foot space on the third floor of the 122 West building. It has both surface and garage parking, an onsite cafe, and a fitness center for members’ use.
The address is in the heart of the Las Colinas business hub, near entertainment venues such as the Toyota Music Factory and numerous upscale restaurants. The location is less than five minutes from the
Irving Convention Center and midway between Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field.
Before acquiring the Office Evolution location, Daryl and Kimberly owned a preschool franchise, The Goddard School of Flower Mound. They look forward to further immersing themselves in the Las Colinas community, and are members of several business and service organizations, including the Irving Chamber of Commerce and the Irving Las Colinas Rotary Club.
