IRVING, Texas — Bimbo Bakeries USA has officially moved its corporate headquarters from Horsham, Pennsylvania, to Irving in the Las Colinas area, a shift the company says will strengthen operations and support long-term growth.
Company officials said the relocation places leadership closer to key parts of its U.S. business, particularly in the Dallas–Fort Worth region, where Bimbo USA already operates multiple bakeries, sales centers and distribution facilities.
“Our commitment to baking and delivering the highest-quality, nutritious and delicious baked goods and snacks to our customers remains our top priority,” said Greg Koehrsen. “Relocating our headquarters to Dallas positions us to operate more efficiently as we continue to invest in our brands and our communities.”
The new headquarters is located at 5525 MacArthur Blvd. in Irving, where many members of the company’s senior leadership team and corporate staff are already working. The company plans to continue hiring for additional corporate roles at the site.
Officials said the move also provides a more central location within the United States and closer proximity to Grupo Bimbo’s global headquarters in Mexico City, allowing for stronger coordination across the organization.
Texas has played a key role in the company’s U.S. expansion. In 1998, Grupo Bimbo entered the American market through the acquisition of Mrs. Baird’s Bakery, laying the foundation for its growth across the state and beyond.
“Texas was our first home and played a defining role in our early history,” Koehrsen said. “We’ve built a strong presence here over the years, and this region remains central to who we are today.”
While the headquarters has relocated, the company said it will maintain operations in the Philadelphia area, including its Conshohocken Sales Center and other regional functions.
Officials said customers can expect no changes in product quality or service as the company continues expanding its footprint across the United States.
