Texas Board Suspends Irving Radiologic Technologist After Felony Arrest

Natalia Aguilar-Gutierrez

IRVING, Texas — The Texas Board of Radiologic Technology has temporarily suspended the certificate of a 21-year-old Irving radiologic technologist after determining her continued practice would pose a threat to public welfare, officials said.

Natalia Aguilar-Gutierrez, a noncertified radiologic technologist, had her certificate suspended without notice, effective immediately, following a disciplinary panel decision.

The board said the action stems from Aguilar-Gutierrez’s arrest on Dec. 29, 2025, in Irving on a charge of indecency with a child by sexual conduct, a second-degree felony.

Officials said a temporary suspension hearing with notice will be scheduled as soon as practicable, with at least 10 days’ notice provided unless the hearing is waived.

The temporary suspension will remain in effect until the board takes further action.

The legal case against Aguilar-Gutierrez remains pending in Dallas County. The Dallas County District Attorney’s Office did not return requests for comment regarding the status of the case.
