DALLAS, Texas — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred late Tuesday night in the Cedar Crest area, according to the Dallas Police Department.
Officers responded around 10:25 p.m. May 5 to a shooting call in the 3000 block of Prosperity Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot at the scene. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
