IRVING, Texas. Getting around the Las Colinas Urban Center is now easier with the launch of Irving Connector: The Loop at Las Colinas, a free circulator service designed to connect residents, employees and visitors to popular destinations throughout the area.

The Loop began service on July 6 and operates daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The route follows a figure-eight pattern along Las Colinas Boulevard and Lake Carolyn Parkway, with through access at O'Connor Road and Promenade Parkway.

The service allows riders to board and exit at stops near restaurants, businesses, hotels, entertainment venues and residential areas, including the Toyota Music Factory, the Lake Carolyn area and other destinations throughout Las Colinas.

The Loop is the newest addition to the City of Irving's public transit network. It joins Irving Connector Routes 225 and 255, which launched in June and restored transit service along routes previously operated by Dallas Area Rapid Transit.

City officials said the three Irving Connector routes are intended to help residents stay connected to employment centers, schools, entertainment venues and other destinations across the city.

Riders can access route maps, schedules and real-time vehicle locations through the Citymapper app or by visiting the City of Irving's transit website at IrvingTX.gov/Transit.
