IRVING, Texas - Irving Police are asking for the public’s help locating a 30-year-old man who has been missing for more than a month after leaving home without his belongings or a phone.
Guillermo Ayala-Villatoro was last seen July 23, 2026, in the 100 block of West Airport Freeway near North Britain Road in Irving.
Ayala-Villatoro is 6 feet tall, weighs approximately 260 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Police said he speaks only Spanish and suffers from schizophrenia.
According to the Irving Police Department, Ayala-Villatoro left his home without any possessions or a cellphone and has not returned.
Police said Ayala-Villatoro has voluntarily left home on previous occasions but has always returned. His extended absence this time has raised concerns among his family and investigators.
Detectives and Ayala-Villatoro’s family have pursued numerous leads in an effort to find him, but none have resulted in his location.
“While he has voluntarily left before and later returned home, this time is different,” the department said in its appeal for assistance.
Investigators said they have exhausted numerous leads and are now asking anyone who may have seen Ayala-Villatoro or knows where he may be to come forward.
